Your Weekend Breakdown:

A PWHL Practice Jersey: You’ll head home with your very own jersey —wear it proudly
Guaranteed Games: Four full games, three 15-minute periods each. 
Balanced Competition: Register as an individual, and we’ll draft everyone onto teams as evenly matched as possible 
Coaching + Development
All weekend long you’ll skate, learn and laugh alongside *PWHL staff who’ve been exactly where you are now. 

They’ll: Provide feedback on your skating, shooting, and on-ice decision-making.
Talk through training habits, nutrition tips and the mindset it takes to move up to the next level.
