Blends competitive games, expert coaching and a ton of fun into one weekend. 

Who should attend?

We accept all levels of players from Select, B, BB, A, up to AA. There will be equal teams and divisions formed to ensure parity.

Here’s what you can expect :

• A PWHL Practice Jersey and Socks: You’ll head home with your very own jersey and socks —wear them proudly
• Guaranteed Games: Four full games, three 15-minute periods each.
• Balanced Competition: Register as an individual, and we’ll draft everyone onto teams as evenly matched as possible
• Coaching + Development - All weekend long you’ll skate, learn and laugh alongside *PWHL staff who’ve been exactly where you are now.
  • They’ll: Provide feedback on your skating, shooting, and on-ice decision-making.
  • Talk through training habits, nutrition tips and the mindset it takes to move up to the next level.
