2025 Holiday Break Camp

MN Ice Cougars are excited to announce the 4th annual Holiday Break Girls Skills Camp. The camp will take place December 29-30 at Plymouth Ice Arena. 

The camp is designed for all skaters and goalies who are looking to bring their performance to the next level in a fun and challenging environment. 

INCLUDES:

4 hrs of on-ice training

All focus on individual skills 
Low player to coach ratio - 7:1 max 
Players will be in groups based on skill level
Goalie specific training for goalies 
5 hrs of off-ice training 

Shooting and stickhandling 
Speed and agility 
Mobility and flexibility
