The Manitoba Junior Ice organization is fortunate to have many dedicated individuals who volunteer their time to coach and manage our teams, and we deeply appreciate their contributions. We are currently seeking both parents and non-parents who are interested in joining our coaching and management teams for our male and female programs.

Coaching with MJI offers a dynamic opportunity to enhance your coaching resume while experiencing the fulfillment of youth hockey.
